PRO:
This group has kept on with designing posters for advertising and all the logos along with a contact list for the new email addresses which they set up in 2006. Their main focus has been on the construction of the ICDP Trust website which is nearing completion and the AGM presentation and hard copy. They are also in the process of constructing a plea letter to be sent to schools overseas requesting their help to raise funds and to become involved in KCCPC. PRO have continued to tend to the advertising needs of the other interest groups and have kept on updating the photograph portfolio of KCCPC.

Media:
The Media group is the group that is responsible for the publication and research of the activities that occur within our community projects group. The group consists of three members, each sharing the responsibilities of researching, typing and editing articles written in conjunction with the monthly newsletter published about the on-goings at the Lebone Centre itself. The centre has several projects that run concurrently and need constant updating, as well as the Lebone Centre website. A further duty of the Media group is to request donations and alert the public of opportunities to benefit the project by including frequent requests in the monthly newsletters. The other section of media is aimed at the typing of and editing other functions or requests to the Kingswood Council, MANCO, to approve or disapprove proposed functions involved with raising funds for the project. The media group acts as the foundation for reporting on all news surrounding the project, and acts as a marketing medium through its involvement with the school.
